Flu vaccine

Flu vaccines are now in stock. Please make an appointment if you would like a flu vacccine and are either aged 65 and over, or are in a clinical at-risk group.

New Dr

We would like to warmly welcome Dr Heather Weir to the practice. Dr Weir will be working MondayTuesday and Friday.

Online booking

It is now possible to book and cancel appointments online. Please collect a form from Reception to register. You will be asked for proof of identity.

Out of Hours

On weekdays between 6.30pm and 8.00am, and on weekends and bank holidays, access to Out of Hours services is now via NHS111 - please dial 111. After assessment of your symptoms you may be invited to attend the Out of Hours Centre which is at The Great Western Hospital site and is operated by SEQOL. 

Appointments

There are two type of appointments - routine and urgent same day. When requesting urgent same day appointments you may be offered a telephone call from the Dr in the first instance.  Telephone lines are open 8am to 6.30pm to book an appointment 421311

Children's Urgent Clinic

In addition to appointments at the surgery there is a Children's Urgent Clinic based at Carfax Street which is by appointment only Monday to Friday 5pm to 8pm. Appointments can be booked after 4pm by telephoning 646466.

Dr Fan - Part time

Dr Fan will now be working part-time - Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays.

New GP Partner

Dr Angela Fan has now joined the practice and will be working on Mondays and Tuesdays. We warmly welcome Dr Fan to the team.

Patient Participation Group

Patient Participation is all about patients working with the practice to:

•  contribute to the continuous improvement of services;

•  foster improved communication between the practice and its patients;

•  help patients to take more responsibility for their health; and

•  provide practical support and help to implement change.
