Making a Complaint
The Practice are bound to acknowledge and Investigate complaints. We are required to respond to you within a dedicated time limit. The Practice Complaints Leaflet is attached below.
Practice Complaints Procedure
The Practice feel that the best way to make a complaint is to put the details of your issue in writing. Whilst we accept complaints over the telephone, we find that patients taking time out to consider the issues they wish to raise, often gives rise to much more information being made available, and thus allowing a better understanding of the issues raised.
Please note that if you are making a complaint on behalf of a relative, we cannot act upon this unless you have gained authority to do so. You should seek consent to act for a relative, and also get signed authority to do so.
